Disallow and restrict any state or territory from seceding from the union.

This is a crucial time in American history. The American people have issues that need to be solved, people to employ and a debt crisis that needs attention. This union does not have the time nor energy to concern about state secession while we face key issues. It is both traitorous and inefficient to have this whining and bickering over state succession. Surely if states do so they will not only have to deal without federal funding and maintenance , but also a certain economic crash that would occur. This is not a time for division among the American people. This is a time to unite and face our problems as a nation. Not to squabble in grief over the loss of a candidate and refuse to be part of a country because the incumbent is mediocre or poor in your eyes.
