Disallow all unrelated additions to bills. These additions (pork) make it harder, if not impossible, to pass a good bill or sneak through wasteful spending requests that would otherwise be defeated it they were standing on their own. Let those who want our money for a a bridge to nowhere or other similar requests introduce a separate bill.
