Barrack Obama has tried to go through federal courts and the House to implement his "net neutrality" plan on the Internet and has been denied twice. Now, he plans to have the Internet legally considered a public utility so that the FCC can inflict his plan on the open internet. This is completely unnecessary and will only lead to further censorship and intrusive government control in our daily lives.
