There should be an ordinance of protection for US citizen's individual information not to leave US soil via any Business and/or Government. This law should affect any account or personal business held by any US individual. For example, a toll free phone number for our cell phone accounts shouldn't be in New Delhi just as our insurance claims should not reach to Manila Philippines. Our private personal business should be held be sacred here on US soil. This position will assist against identity theft and on a a grander scale, it will assist against jobs leaving the US. Also, any US individual wishing to make purchases outside of the US on their own free will should remain. Companies who manufacture overseas should not be affected by this.
