Ranchers such as Cliven Bundy have thumbed their nose at the American people by refusing, on ideological grounds, to reimburse the government fees required to graze their cattle on federal land owned by the American people. If a rancher receives a permit to graze cattle on federal land and then declines to pay the required fees associated with the grazing permit for ideological reasons, the permit should be immediately revoked. This does not pertain to ranchers who might be undergoing a legitimate hardship and have expressed a willingness to pay the grazing fees and who agree the grazing fees are legitimate.
