Disallow Congress to make laws for the people that they do not apply to themselves i.e. Pension, healthcare, taxes, etc.

Congress shall pass no laws that apply to the American people yet they are exempt from. To quote Rules of Warren Buffet, that the American people shall demand: Congressional Reform Act of 2013
1. No Tenure/No Pension. A Congressman collects a salary only while in office. 2. Congress (past, present &future) participates in Social Security. All funds in the Congressional retirement fund move to the Soc Sec system immediately. All future funds flow into the Soc Sec system, and Congress participates with the American people. It may not be used for any other purpose. 3. Congress must purchase their own retirement plan.4. Congress will no longer vote themselves a pay raise. 5. Congress participates in the same health care system as the American people. 6. Congress must equally abide by all laws.
