disallow individuals who have entered the country illegally from ever having the right to vote.

Created by M.P. on April 02, 2015

If an individual enters the country illegally by his own accord and is subsequently granted amnesty or other legal permission to remain in the country, the right to vote shall be permanently and unconditionally unavailable to that individual.

Immigration has become a political hotbed. There are two good reasons for disallowing illegal immigrants from ever voting: 1. it takes away the corrupting promise of increased votership and 2. It, more importantly, acknowledges a fair and important distinction between those that have come legally into the country and those who have chosen to come illegally. It is reasonable that this most sacrosanct of all our rights be protected and guarded in the strongest way possible.
