Individuals should not have the ability to work for a regulatory body after recent employment in the industry they hope to regulate, and should be prevented from working in that industry for at least 10 years after their term has ended.
Example: If you work for the F.D.A., you should not be allowed to work for a pharmaceutical or other F.D.A. regulated industry for at least 10 years.
