disallow Mass Media from reporting the names of those responsible for mass shootings to help prevent future incidents.

As a whole, we as a nation are tired of mass killings in schools, cinemas, et cetera. While many place the blame on the weapon and the misinterpretation of the Second Amendment, the blame falls squarely on the shoulders of the trigger man/men or woman/women. It would seem that the perpetrator is only looking to validate their existence, and shooting innocent, unarmed citizens automatically exposes their name to millions of Americans almost instantly. Instead of living on as a nobody, they die with their name on the lips of countless Americans. We believe that disallowing media to report the names of those responsible for killing innocent people will help prevent deaths in areas where it is felonious/not socially acceptable to carry weapons to defend oneself.
