If an entity or its related entities, but not a person, contributes more than $250 of value or funds to an election campaign it then foregoes that elected official's help either lobbying or voting for rules or laws that substantially benefit the entity or its related entities.

Stop diversions of White House and Congressional staff time from their appointed task of serving the electorate.
