Unaccountable entities, whether US or non-US companies of any kind should not be allowed to create infrastructures, colonies, industrial resources in LEO, HEO or Lagrange orbits around space. Such entities will be unaccountable to US voters, and will have the capacity to engage effectively unchallenged in bombardments of any place on Earth with heavy impacts in excess of megaton explosions.
No unaccountable entity should have the ability to hold the US, its citizens and the world hostage with the ability to conduct unilateral heavy impactor bombardments. No corporate, private (or other) entity, whether or not it originates from the US, should be able to lay waste to US without the US military being able to do anything about this.
