Many American youths are beginning to stop focusing on school, and as a result, education funding is being used to funnel them into GED's and Dropping out. This is a waste of our money and needs to stop. There needs to be a way to funnel youths that want to succeed, and youths that don't want to put effort into school due to personal issues into two separate types of school. One with academic rigor for those who need it, and one with blue collar prep. for those who don't have the motivation to do better.
