Disallow the TWC and Comcast merger, and restore net neutrality i.e. banning internet fast lanes.

This petition is for those who oppose the merger of TWC and Comcast. The merger would effectively create a monopoly and in turn allow Comcast to control internet prices as well as speeds. Subsequently this petition is for those who support net neutrality i.e. the banning of internet fast lanes. Internet fast lanes would be extra charges for streaming companies such as Netflix and Hulu which iwould be passed on to the consumer. It would also hurt the creation of new smaller streaming companies by charging these extra fees before they would have time to grow.
