Disallow unconstitutional gun regulatory laws such as New York's as a governmental retaliatory strike against its people

This petition demands that the United States government be held accountable for its actions which are a constant attempt to violate and regulate our constitutional rights. The second amendment does not state that we have the right to bear arms but only the arms the government tells us we can have. It states thay we have the right to bear arms plain and simple. Current and future attempts to further deny us this right shall not be tolerated.
