The greatest terrorist treat to the nation today is not ISIS, boko haram, or Al queda. The greatest threat are the police officers nationwide. They are causing fear, distrust, hatred with their complete lack of regard for human lives other than their own. The shoot first mentality is sickening and clearly the police are not trained to act appropriately and DE-ESCALATE the various situations that have arisen in the past year. The police officers across the US need to have their firearms taken away from them. The only police allowed to carry weapons should be highly trained SWAT individuals. If England can disarm their police and not see a dramitic increase in crime then we as a nation can as well.
