Law enforcement is out of control in this country, everyday brings fresh stories of abuse, unjustified killings of unarmed individuals, civil and constitutional rights violations. The shooting of dogs in front of children, no knock raids resulting in the bombing of toddlers in their cribs, disfiguring them for life.this petition proposes that cops be disarmed as the English bobbys are, this would bring about an attitude change among the cops.this petition also seeks to eliminate "paid administative leave" wich basically amounts to a paid vacation while the issue is "investigated".cops should be held personally responsible for their actions and misconduct.what WE THE PEOPLE ALLOW will continue and progressively worsen.
