Disassemble the Veteran's Administration role in health care and replace it with insurance coverage under ACA rules

The Veteran's Administration has demonstrated its complete inability to provide satisfactory health care for our veterans with the fiasco in the Phoenix VA office. Enough is enough. The personnel in the Veterans Administration are at the root of the problem and the only solution is to remove them and turn veteran care over to real professionals. To that end the President and Congress should remove actual care from the purview of the VA and provide insurance coverage for our veterans under the ACA. The US government will pay for that insurance coverage for the life of the veteran.
