The BATFE as it is calling itself now, because it has unlimited power and no oversight, is an unconstitutional organization with a long history of abusing its powers. These powers have been unconstitutionally granted by the Gun Control Act and National Firearm act, both which directly infringe on our second amendment rights. WE THE PEOPLE in the interest of preserving our constitution and liberty do here by call for the repeal of these previously states acts and the disbandment of the BATFE.
