It is time that the full power of the presidential election be given to the people of the United States. It should and ought not be placed in the hands of electors that are not required by federal law to vote as there constituents wish. The time has come for popular vote to be established when voting for our President. The "Electoral College" is a old and arcane idea that must be abolished.
