The Federal Bureau of Investigation is no longer a functioning organization and must be disbanded so that the funds can be reallocated to federal agencies that actually perform their mission. Failing to recommend charges against Hillary Clinton, while acknowledging that she broke the law numerous times, shows how inept an agency it is. We the People no longer have faith that the FBI is able to perform its' mission in an impartial, non-partisan manner. The FBI has shown that the United States of America is no longer a nation of laws with their decision to ignore the nation's laws, resulting in the United States being looked down upon by the nations of the world that uphold their laws!
