Disband the IRS and charge 12.3% tax on all income to include Non-Profits, Personal, Business and welfare benefit recipients. There are thousands of businesses out there that claim to be Non- Profit to avoid paying a ton of taxes, And millions on welfare get free money with out ever having to pay taxes. If the IRS was dissolved, and a straight tax was implemented, this would increase the GNP and lower the debt.
