With the IRS violating the law and IRS executives making disingenuous statements to Congress, it is clear that the entire agency is out of control and must be rebuilt from the ground up. Since it is unfair to those honest, hardworking IRS agents who would be unemployed, transfer them to the INS to better control the Southern border.
