The United States of America should disband the National Security Agency (NSA), as it is an unnecessary and redundant organization.
The Federal Bureau of Investigation is fully trained and equipped to investigate the suspicious or criminal activities which may be conducted on U.S. soil.
Likewise, the Central Intelligence Agency is entirely capable of gathering and curating intelligence outside of U.S. jurisdiction.
The NSA is unnecessary, as it is tasked with the same operational missions as both the FBI and the CIA, without the scrutiny and oversight which both the FBI and CIA must submit to. The results in an organization whose conduct is in violation of U.S. law, international law, and is redundant to other, existing agencies.
