Ideally, the Electoral College should be disbanded in order to allow the votes of the American citizens to determine the outcome of elections.
In the alternative, the Electoral College should be revamped as follows:
1. No state should be allowed to lump all their electoral votes together. The votes should be divided by the districts they belong to and cast for whichever candidate the voters choose.
2. Electoral votes should not be cast for any candidate until ALL the precincts in that district have reported in and all votes are tallied.
