The CIA and NSA have overstepped their legal authority and on a daily basis violate laws which any average citizen in this country would go to jail for. The evidence even points to the NSA utilizing the newly found "Heartbleed" exploit for data gathering for the last two years- which is illegal according to the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act.
Instead of working to protect this country's citizens, they abuse their powers and instead leave citizens open to attack by criminals (both foreign and domestic).
These two government entities lack proper oversight in computer as well as other areas (torture, anyone???).
These two governement entities also routinely violate the constitutional rights of US citizens.
Therefore, these two entities desperately need full review and perhaps disbanded.
