In lite of recent shootings police shootings, in which I have seen a good number of unarmed citizens shoot and even killed by police, the police have demonstrated that they do not have the restraint to use firearms only when in dire situations. I have also seen SWAT teams be used for such frivolous as conducting raids on organic farms for code violations.
for these reasons and others I am asking that all SWAT teams be disbanded and all police and policing agents be disarmed.
