Disband the Transportation Security Administration, that deals with civil affairs, such as, but not limited to: Airports

Disband the Transportation Security Administration, that which deals with private affairs such as Aviation. We, the citizens of The United States, recognize the severity of aviation security and propose that the burden taken to protect such life and property, be given to the people. We suggest a limited number of commercial licenses that apply to any private organization, company, or any alike. The federal government may trial these new private entities to its satisfaction. We also respect, and do not wish to dismiss, Federal Air Marshals, because of the augmented security on long-distance and or international flights.
