The Undercover Narcotic's division of the Devonshire Police Department is under criminal investigation for sexual assault, theft , and criminal conspiracy by the internal affairs department of the L.A.P.D.
N.E.D. ( Narcotic. Enforcement. Division. ) have been committing crimes against civilians, and labeling them drug dealers and other criminal titles in order to get convictions by the District Attorney so they can get money for their police department.
