To disband the U.S. Anti-Doping Agency, as it clearly believes it is above the law.

Created by E.H. on October 22, 2012

The U.S. Anti-Doping Agency has too much power. Lance Armstrong passed all the drug tests, and was cleared repeatedly in court. But based on hearsay, the USADA has stripped a sports hero of his accomplishments, and disgraced France by essentially saying the country cannot police the only sporting event the world associates with the country. The USADA has also discredited the judges and other representives of U.S. law who served on the cases that cleared Armstrong. You have given the USADA too much power, and in doing so, you have placed it above the law.
