Disbar District Judge Jean Boyd for allowing Ethan Couch to get away with Killing 4 people because of his wealth.

Created by S.R. on February 10, 2014

Judge Jean Boyd Sentenced Ethan Couch to probation and rehab after he killed four people. Most people convicted of vehicular manslaughter due to drunk driving receive a lengthy jail sentence, but not in the case of a wealthy young man from Texas. Ethan Couch stole alcohol, got drunk, then got behind the wheel of a car at three times the legal limit. He ran over half a dozen people, murdering 4 of them. He pleaded guilty and his defense argued "affluenza". Judge Boyd sentenced him to probation and rehab. No Jail time! Allowing someone to get away with murder because they are wealthy and affluent sets a dangerous precedent for this country. We need to disbar Judge Boyd for allowing money to buy leniency in this case and not providing justice to the families who lost their loved ones.
