Despite Comey taking initiative action to investigate Hillary Clinton's emails for the second time, he failed to acknowledge that former Secretary Hillary Clinton is guilty for mishandling classified information after publicly stating that she indeed had over a thousand emails on her private server. Marine Reserves Major Jason Bezler mishandled one classified email and was discharged from the Marines. Now Clinton is running for POTUS. Comey should have recommended that Clinton is to face far more punishment than what this marine was indicted for. Therefore, we the People, request that FBI Director James Comey steps down from his position.
