I want to petition the government take action against private student loan companies and make them give the same incentives that federal student loans get. It is not fair that private student loans are federally backed by our government but do not have to follow / give the same incentives or help that federal back student loans get. Also if circumstances arise that a person can not live a normal life style because of the amount of debt they have incurred from student loans it should be permissible to have their student loans discharged in bankruptcy court. Students that have been to college or are currently attending college will never get out of their student loan debt in the economy that we live in today. Please address these issues and make it so we can live a debt free life.
