Discharge Student Loans of ITT Students

For decades ITT students and even staff members have complained about ITT Tech's predatory behavior. All the scams that the Institution employed on their students in order to illegally obtain money from the government and private loan offices for amounts that were not clearly communicated with the students. For years pressure has been put on the government and other agencies through testimonies and proof that has been submitted from students throughout the nation , yet it was not until recently that the D.O.E decided to really look into ITT's behaviors and finally opting to not fund them any-longer. However, the D.O.E has yet to take ownership on their lack of involvement with the Institution they were providing money to.
