Disciplinary action be taken against the principal For misconduct, exercising illegal policies & abuse of authority.

My daughter iPhone 6 was confiscated by the school principal at Northeast high school. I called to speak with her, she was very nasty to me before telling me she was done with me & hanging up the phone in my ear. My husband went to the school to retrieve the phone & he was told he could not have the phone, but she would give him a flip phone that she purchased to give to students when their phones are confiscated. She stated that she could "tweak" any rule she wants because it's her school. She also stated 'I have 5 degrees' Her actions were very unprossional. We went to the school district for help & they condoned her behavior. You are unable to speak to anyone of power when you go to the district!! Sign this position if you believe there should be disciplinary actions enforced!
