This petition calls for a clear disclaimer to be placed on every ad of female that has been altered in any way, shape, or form.
The media does countless edits, alterations, and photo shopping to female advertisments. Consequently, women believe this is how they should look like. The average American woman is size 14, has a height of 5'4", and weighs 140 pounds. The image the media portrays of women is unrealistic.
Women everywhere are now depressed, suffer extreme self-esteem issues, and have developed anorexia and bulimia as a result of the negative impact the media has on society.
