This petition calls for the United States Government to formally disclose all knowledge about extra-terrestrials and terrestrials which may inhabit our planet or solar system, but have never been acknowledged or admitted into public existence. Complete transparency is required for the progress of our sciences, to ensure our homeland security, and for citizens to grow with knowledge instead of forced ignorance.
