Seen easily over US skies, what right is exercised to infiltrate and affect the air we breathe by the obvious release into the atmosphere of a substance from an aircraft which can take a perfectly clear day and make it into haze.
Disclose whom is accountable for such action and the purpose of it, health ramifications, the sanctioning authority for such action and the duration it has been and will be an active process.
Additionally disclose the relationship of such actions to the 'Weather Modification Research & Technology Act Of 2005' as presented before the 109th Congress.
