It has been brought to my attention that the laws that require U.S. Citizens to pay federal income taxes have been very hard to find. In many cases former IRS agents have been unable to locate or identify these particular laws. The 16th Amendment does not provide a means to tax earnings from labor. Therefore, I ask my Current Presidential Administration to provide specifics on any law and all laws that require U.S. Citizens to pay federal income taxes.
