To disclose in full all of the details surrounding the purchase of billions of rounds of ammunition by Homeland Security

There have been many media sources reporting for quite some time that the United States Government, through the Department of Homeland Security is purchasing extremely large amounts of ammunition for domestic use.
This petition is to request that DHS fully discloses the total amount of ammunition purchased, the reason for purchase, the intended use, the disposition, and the amount of US Taxpayer dollars that were spent.
