1. Demand that the government disclose all NSA data gathering activities as it pertains to civilians and citizens
2. Demand that the NSA cease such practices immediately
3. Demand that all records not currently being used in conjunciton with an open investigation or trial and that have been covertly collected by the NSA or a similar agency be purged permanently from any government repository
