For the past 15 to 20 years, most NATO countries have been inundated with spraying from silver airplanes that has been witnessed by millions, including Doctors, Police and other Government Officials. There has also been one disease (that we know of), Morgellons that has been associated with the aerial spraying. Sadly, governments, even our own, have experimented on it's own citizenry without their citizens consent to test weapons or non weapons.
You can look up in nearly every city and be an eyewitness of this spraying on a near daily basis.
