The alien presence is a mystery that has gone on far too long. The populations of our planet are ready and aware of being visited by beings from other worlds who observe our evolution. They are here because Earth is a cosmic heritage indissoluble part, along with other worlds, one wonderful universe. As citizens of that universe then we have the right to know the answer to one and the same question, namely whether or not we are the only intelligent life in the cosmos. For this reason, we ask the President of the United States of America, to put in place all possible actions to make such truth and prepare together with the UN official protocols of contact appointing ambassadors intended to represent our planet, in case of contact.
