Disclosure and Investigation of the use of Chem Trails in our sky's.

Since the 70's it has been known that they are spraying something in our sky's. This petition is to request that the US government either conducts a full investigation into what this substance is or if they already know what it is, why they are spraying it and what it consists of. These are not to be confused with normal contrails for those dissipate in a matter of minutes. These are what you see spread out and stick in the air for 4-6 hours.
