Our national policy needs straightening out by a true leader who speaks the truth about the following conflicts I have recently discovered in our government's position:
1. Our government, since 1974, has known of Cannabis' anti-cancer capabilities and has actively repressed / restricted additional research. (p.s. My Dad died of cancer in 1983)
2.) Our government holds a patent on the medical application of certain cannabis-based cannabinoids (not the endo-cannabinoids in our bodies at birth)
3.) There are many states implementing medical cannabis centers, but they operate in fear of our federal government's heavy handed DEA. This not America. No citizen should live in fear of our government.
4.) Colorado and Oregon are in open rebellion, and rightly so, as the prohibition era ends
