Discontinue a 2nd inauguration festivities if the presiding President wins a 2nd term. This will save taxpayer money.

saving taxpayer dollars by eliminating costs of celebratory festivity associated with celebrating a redundant 2nd Presidential Inauguration. I.e. cost of security, setting up outdoor and indoor events, etc.
