Discontinue abortion coverage by state insurance markets

In 2012, an HHS mandate stated that churches who were against abortion would be forced, and penalized, if they did not provide contraceptive coverage to their employees - against their second amendment rights. While a compromise was struck, the HHS, has released a 700 page document which is projected to include coverage of abortions under state insurance markets. Taxpayers will be funding federal support of state markets, as well as directly aiding state markets through state tax dollars, we must stand up for our constitutional rights. We will be forced to pay for non-necessary surgeries, going against religious beliefs held by many.
