Discontinue aid to unfriendly foreign nations and allocate those bilions of dollars to at risk American communities.

Compel the United States Government to discontinue financial aid to countries who are either unfriendly to the United States of America or who have proven in the past incapable of allocating provided funds responsibly. Corrupt and or rogue governments who for the sake of loose alliances receive billions of US dollars in financial aid while the American Government fails to pass a budget in which these dollars are factored should not receive a payday on behalf of the American people. These funds should be used to stabilize employment and infrastructure at home in places in desperate need such as the Appalachian region and inner cities.
