discontinue all funding to the farcical organization known as the United Nations.

The United Nations in and of itself was a fine idea that has become more of a bad joke than an effective organization. The United States funded the UN operations to the tune of nearly $8 billion dollars in 2010. This money could be more effectively spent on domestic projects. The property that they occupy in New York would make fine retail space further contributing to the faltering US economy. Boot the UN out of the US and suspend membership. When Hugo Chavez and Mahmoud Ahmadinejad (among other clowns) have a voice at the table this has become a dysfunctional waste of the taxpayers dollars. Let them fend for themselves and build a new headquarters in Iran.
