Discontinue all monetary aide to foreign countries until all disability claims by veteran's have been processed.

I petition the White House to discontinue all monetary aide to any foreign country until such time as the Veteran's Administration has processed all veteran claims for disability. The United States has already given $815 million in aide to Syrian refugees, yet the Veteran's Administration doesn't have enough people to process veteran disability claims in a timely manner. The backlog of claims (those of more than 125 days) has increased 2,000% in the last four years. Its high time we let our veterans know that the government for whom those veterans have fought and been injured is serious about taking care of its heroes.
