discontinue all pay and benefit to the whole of the Government body until a signed budget is in place!

We the people ask that congress immediately pass a bill stating that no member of Government may be paid or allowed benefit of any kind until a signed budget is passed. This is to include no spending of any kind what so ever for any reason. That failure is unconstitutional and a federal felony punishable by 25 years hard labor in Leavenworth!
